"I highly recommend this product and this company. I found Tint Factory through the list of LA recommended companies on the 3M website. they were not the only companies that I interviewed. I called 3M a few times with questions and interviewed the companies that came out to give bids. the Tint Factory people from the beginning couldn't have been nicer. they were on time, explained every step, cleaned up all and the price was right. the film takes about a month to "cure" and the work was done only a few days ago but what a transformation - the house is so much cooler and 99% of the UV rays are no longer going to fade my furniture, photos or art. a happier me. my assistant marveled today at how much cooler the house was and it was blistering outside today... LA will, unfortunately, only be getting hotter - solar film is a good way to reduce that heat load. even if you use air-conditioning (which I don't), you will have less hot air to cool."

Affordable Sliding Door gave the best price (& then took $10 off of that price, honoring their Angie's List coupon.) "I took a cold call from Chris in Fall 2018 and am so glad I did! I had been looking for replacement windows for original 1930s wood windows, as well as a few 1970s aluminum windows. For me, vinyl just wasn't going to work as I wanted to keep the quality of the house in its original form, as well as upgrade the 70s remodel to be more consistent the original part of the house. Chris came and suggested a new product for him, Sierra Pacific. I did some research and determined, for my project and for the cost (I had bids as high as $100K for this job) that I was willing to give this product and Chris a shot. It was a very large job, 27 windows, some on the second story, plus a large 8ft glass slider, and a standard exterior door. The project did take several weeks, but Chris throughout all of the questions and decisions was helpful, knowledgeable, and aimed to please. Installation was smooth and he takes pride in making sure things are done right, are working properly, and that I was happy with the product and the work. Chris is wonderful to work with – we have had the windows in now for about 6 months and are extremely happy with the product. The quality is superior to your standard vinyl install, we sound proofed one side of the house due to neighbor noise (it works like a charm), and it is wonderful to have a fully functioning house of beautiful windows - that are consistent from original house to addition. I would highly recommend Chris and Sierra Pacific if you are considering a replacement for wood. Thank you Chris for all the work, for your partnership and guidance!"
