"They couldn't provide the service I originally sought ("resilvering") but instead cut a new mirror for a cabinet of unusual size and shape. Made helpful suggestions re: beveling and using the original decorative hardware. They picked up the cabinet door from my home, and my only complaint is that I then went several weeks without hearing anything about the total cost or when it would be ready; I had to call them to get information. Everyone I spoke with on the phone or in person was courteous and helpful. Completely satisfied with the end product."
