"They are nice people.  Travis is friendly and I know wants to do a good job, but my wife and I have noticed little things that should have been dealt with to make the job excellent.  It is not worth calling them back to deal with them.  We will take care of them ourselves.  Travis seemed to be in a hurry much of the time and pushed his help to rush through jobs they shouldn't have rushed through.
The work is adequate and most people wouldn't notice the little, nitpicky things we do, but for the amount of money we spent, I expect near perfection."
