"Hyperion glass is a top notch professional glass company. My wife and I hired them to build a custom glass shower door, and install it in our master bathroom. The project from start to finish has been the best experience I have had with any contractor or construction company I've worked with in the last decade. They had great communication throughout the process, and stick to their timelines and deadlines. Paul is incredibly professional and nice. He went the extra mile on this project and worked a 12 hour day to get it done. His attention to detail really shows in the final product, and I feel very lucky that I found these guys to work on my home. "I have the windows in my front bedroom face west and I get a lot heat from the sun in that room so I had them come out and Midwest Window Tinting showed me the different types of film and I thought their price was reasonable so I had them install it. One of things they told me was if there was any problems with the window cracking that it was covered under warranty and sure enough over the winter one of the windows did crack and they said they had more of a problem with that with this winter than they have had in any past winters and it was because of the harshness of the winter we had but they came out promptly to evaluate it. It was completely covered under warranty and they ordered the window and the window is scheduled to be installed tomorrow. Different company is doing the installation they contract that out with a company that actually does windows and then I have to schedule to have them came back out and tint the new window but I felt they responded promptly to the warranty call. I did not feel like I got any sort of runaround. Some companies do not want to deal with things when they got to fix something and I did not feel any of that with them. We got the appointment scheduled. He said he would be calling the other company and then they came out and measured the window. So far that whole process has gone well and I am very happy with tint that is on the windows. It has really cut down on the amount of heat in this room. It makes it much more pleasant in here in the afternoons in the summertime. I have recommended them to other people."

"Robert was very responsive to our request for an estimate.  Once we compared estimates (we got three) and found Quality Glass to be competitive, the application was quick and clean - the process wasn't messy and they left the work area spotless.  They guarantee their work.
We noted an immediate decrease in heat during the summer in our south-facing wall of windows.
We did have one window which cracked a few months later. Though there was a two to three week delay in confirmation of the repairs, they were good to their word.   We were able to choose our own glass company, then Quality Glass reimbursed us. They covered the cost of new, comparable low-e window glass, minus a small and previously-agreed to deductible. Then they re-appied the tinting to the new window.

"I contacted Reliable Handyman Services after seeing all the positive reviews on Angie List and was able to schedule an appointment within a few days for an estimate.  C.W. came out promptly at the time scheduled.  He is a very pleasant man and seemed to be able to give me an estimate that was very reasonable.  The old shower door was over 25 years old and caulking had become very ugly.  C.W. immediately went to work and scraped all the old stuff off the walls and tub.  I won't go into details of how disgusting the stuff under the shower frame was but he was extremely detailed in removing it.   He installed the shower door and beautifully caulked the surrounding area.  He removed the old handles and unfortunately the new ones were not the right size.  This was an error on my part.  He was very pleasant about removing the newly installed handles and put the old ones back. C. W cleaned up everything.   I would recommend him to anyone and not hesitate in a minute to call him for other handyman jobs.  It's great to be able to find reliable people because of Angie's List
