While he was here I showed him panes that had fallen done between 2 side windows above my front door foyer window. Everyone I asked said I'd have to replace the entire window which would cost about 10K. When I showed it to Dan, he said, yes he could absolutely fix the problem. "I was in constant contact with them,by phone, before  the installation. I was nervous about what I had chosen and was invited to take my time and go to the showroom to see it on a larger scale. Measuring day and day of installation the crew were prompt, very clean, very professional. Everything was covered during installation and they happily answered any questions I had.  There was a very small problem with one of the countertops fitting correctly.
