"The roof doesnt leak anymore so Im pleased. I was getting rather frustrated though because it took awhile before they got to us. I almost said forget it, but didnt because EJS was the only company that actually showed up to give a quote. Once they got us on the schedule though, they showed up on time, completed the job quickly and cleaned up well after. I did feel the cost was slightly on the high side for what was needed, but to be fair, i'm pretty naive about roofing costs and really have nothing to compare it to. Like I said, I couldn't get anyone else to come out even to do a quote. Happy overall.

"Aside from the weather being uncooperative, Rick and his crew did a great job of getting the job done. They did the roof in one day and the gutters were done 2 days later, which only took a few hours. Everyone was very professional and courteous. The job looks great and now it no longer rains inside my house. If I were to ding them on a few things, I'd say the magnetic cleanup wasn't done well (I'm still finding roofing nails around the yard) and Rick sometimes didn't get back to me right away when I'd call. These were minor items and are certainly offset by the great work and quick speed on the job. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and I'd refer them to any friends or family in need of roofing services. Overall I'd give them an A-.
