I was unaware that have one piece gutters installed on the flat portion of our roof would expose our roofing strips as we previously had open gutters on this portion of the roof. Had I understood this, I would have opted for open gutters on this portion of the house. However, the gutters work well and we have had no issues with their functionality. All old materials were removed."
