"Replaced gutters and added "helmets." James, Carlos and Shaun arrived.at about 11 am and left about 2:30 pm. They weren't rude but they "didn't seem to have time to "give us the time of day." The finished product "looks" great, however, we are extremely concerned about the quality of the workmanship given how they worked so fast - as if "how they did the job" maybe didn't matter. Obviously the reason for the replacement was to improve performance, especially in a heavy rain. Of course, we won't know until we have several heavy rains. We hope they'll hold up well over time. They said they would check to make sure the downspouts were not plugged up but to our knowledge, they didn't take time to do it."
