"They were extremely thorough.  They rented a special machine to 'scrub' the air and clean out the mold once and for all.  I needed to leave the house for 48 hours and also remove my indoor cats.  Initially they thought my goldfish would be okay so we left  her in the house.  When it was evident that she wouldn't be all right they took her out of the tank, put her in a 5 gallon tank that I had and put her in the safest part of the house.
When they came back a few days later to check how everything was one of the cats got into the crawl space.  I wasn't home and they were worried about the cat's safety.  They waited until she came out even though they had to stay and extra hour or so.

"I feel Kevin and KASE Construction did a great job! Kevin understood our vision and did a great job of assuring us first time homeowners that everything was going to work out and it did! He was a little sparse with details which, for someone who wants to know every detail of what's going on took getting used too, but, ultimately everything I asked for was done with no hesitation or resistance and my kitchen came out just as I had imagined if not better! I felt very comfortable with having everyone in my home and any issues that came up were promptly addressed. The project also took significantly longer than expected (3.5 wks instead of 2) but this was largely the result of a backup with the coutertop maker.
