"We had a new roof, new gutters, and gutter caps put on. We're experiencing leaks at the gutter seams. The work was done by 3 different teams (subcontractors). The owner came out to investigate the leaks and insists that water is running 'over' the roof and then down the gutters at the corners. We disagree. We didn't have leaks at the seams with the old gutters. Consequently, we question how well the work was done. We're going to get a roof inspector to come and take a look at the work. If the inspection is okay, we'll up our rating."
