"Our 40 yr townhouse was in need of upgrades and repairs.  We met up with the representatives of the Champion Windows company at a local Home Show .  They were very helpful, experienced and could take care of all the work that we needed to have done.  Since we had to get approvals from our home owners association before we could get started that was a slight delay.  The sales rep was very good at helping us decide on the choice of colors and materials and when we got approval from our HOA and the permit for the deck,  it was smooth sailing.  We were told it would be approximately 8-12 weeks to complete the job since the doors are custom built.  We thought we would have everything done in July, so we were happily surprised to be done much earlier.
There was a different crew for each type of installation and they are experts in their job.  All of the workers were friendly, experienced , and hard working and each day they showed up right on time.  If we had any questions or concerns, they were happy to work with us.
First, the deck was installed and Freddy and Ronnie did a great job.  They dug holes for the concrete footers, even putting in more than the county codes require.  At each stage the county Inspector  came to check that everything was up to code and secure.  We now have a solid, beautiful wood deck that will last for many years.
The siding, gutters and downspouts was installed next, and that was quickly completed in 1 1/2 days.  Frst they applied insulation to the house exterior and then the siding goes on.  Our townhouse now has a whole new fresh  look and the neighbors say it looks great.
The next day, our front doors and the sliding glass door arrived and took about half a day to complete.  They did a great job installing the doors and they are framed and sealed very well.  These doors are solid, secure and very well built.
All of the workers did an excellent job of cleaning up after their job was done and that was so appreciated.
It was a pleasure working with Champion Windows They do a great job and we definitely would recommend them to others.  We will be calling Champion sometime in the future to update our windows.

"This crew was very professional in regards to the installation of my blown -in insulation and their interactions with me, but the mud work they did to repair my walls was sloppy. There were large drips of drywall mud on my furniture, on my sinks, on the floors, on the baseboard trim (especially), and splattered on the walls. In addition, the tape they used to hold up the plastic barrier tore the paint off of my ceilings and adjacent walls which now need to be repaired and repainted. They did repair some of the places on the ceiling and the walls, but they still need to be repainted."
