"I appreciated the assessment of the gutters since I needed to know exactly what needed to be repaired and replaced. The basic maintenance they were able to do that morning was good too, since I don't have the ability to get up to the second story gutters.
I'm giving them a C/incomplete at this time. I gave them good marks on a handwritten questionnaire that morning, but since then I have not been satisfied. The sealing they were supposed to do has been ineffective--we get the same drip of water from the gutter onto our front steps as we did before. I imagine Trela would respond in saying that the gutters need to be replaced anyway, which is true to an extent, but seeing the same puddle on the steps after a rain as I have in the past, I cannot say that I got $99 of value from their visit.
 I checked  "would use them again" just to mean that I will consider their estimate for gutter replacement work, and nothing more at this point."

"I appreciated the way Mike and Paul (Father and Son) communicated with us about the repairs we needed. They were straightforward and offered us different options and explained in detail what they could do (no BS). We were on a budget and they worked with us on cost. Gutters were seperating from the house because the pervious company that installed them did a poor job (only 6 yrs ago). They added flashing, larger brackets and longer nails. They also repaired two chimneys with tuck pointing and a chimney cap along with additional tuck pointing with some brick replacement and sealed some cracks in other areas of need. They came out on saturday for a free estimate and completed the job on Monday. We are very satisfied and plan to use them again for other repairs in the future. Thank you Mike, Paul and those that helped with the repairs. Excellent work!"

"Mike and John did a stellar job on this project, which was more complicated than average. I began seeing ceiling leaking after a solar panel installation (by another company) and discovered I needed a tear off. The solar company dragged their feet on getting the panels removed, but in the meantime, Mike had his team tarp the roof to stop the leaking. Mike's team ended up removing the panels themselves and completing the work, including carpentry and masonry, in just over a week. The new roof and gutters look beautiful. They have a complete team including electricians and HVAC techs who were able to oversee the proper care of A/C units on the roof. Mike and John were very communicative and responsive throughout the project and set my mind at ease that work was being done properly. I solicited five quotes in total for the job. Mike and John did not come in the lowest, but were very reasonable and provided good value. There were much higher quotes offering inferior products and less rigorous processes (less membrane overlap, no new gutters, etc). Mike was also very communicative about the few follow ups we had. I hope to work with Mike and his team again in the near future. Highly recommend."
