The initial roof & gutter replacement estimate began with ER Roofing Company and was timely, professional, informative and worthwhile. I received additional estimates from other roofing companies and each was lacking in one way or another...pricing or over-pricing, roof replacement data, company and roofing materials literature and follow-up communication.

I received a folder with complete information from Elliott at ER Roofing that had everything I needed as I worked my way through the decision process of which company to choose. I found myself referring to the ER Roofing information folder often. All of my questions were answered promptly by Elliott Wireman and often times with a useful link for the item in question to help me understand the material being used or the process. Elliott was very fair as I made considerations and choices for the roof and gutter replacement for my home.

The new roof and gutter installation went as planned and as within the terms of the signed contract. It was done in one day from start to finish with not even a trace of all the activity by day's end. It was quite remarkable to view the transformation from the worn-out 25 year old roof to the new one. From tear down of the old shingles to installation of the new ones and all the steps in between, ER Roofing's crew worked seamlessly, efficiently, carefully and professionally with this major home improvement.

Do yourself a favor.....consider ER Roofing Company for your home improvement project if you're in search of fair pricing, quality work and excellent results.

"It is a long overdue for me to write the reviews about the Gutter Werks. I learned about Mike from my friend so I paged Mike. Mike was driving and pulled over. He said he could come over the next day. The communication between us was fantastic since I am deaf. The service was awesome. I am very pleased with the new gutters and don't have a problem with it since he installed a year ago. I recommend highly of his business. Thanks so much, Mike."

"I hired Moses Williamson to clear my gutters and downspouts. His crew noticed cement debris laying on the roof. Moses inspected the damage and it turned out I had a damaged chimney crown that required replacement. In addition, the brick chimney needed tuckpointing in several places to refill the mortar joints. His crew replaced the cement crown, tuckpointed the chimney, and applied a clear sealer over the entire surface. Based on Mosesâ recommendation I agreed to have the brick facade spot tuckpointed and sealed. In truth I had previously noticed small spots of missing mortar on the brick front but had simply put off addressing. I found Moses to be knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He showed me photos of the crown damage, and patiently answered my many questions. And yes, the gutters and downspouts were cleared. I highly recommend Moses Williamson for gutter and roofing maintenance and repair services."

"Awesome work completed on two independent projects... Professional team of workers and phenomenal communication. Go with All Pro Gutter Guards and you will not be disappointed."

"From start to finish, WE Griffin Roofing did outstanding work. An important aspect as that they are both a roofing company as well as a gutter company, and in our case both sets of expertise were needed. We obtained three bids, and decided to choose WE Griffin because Matt Hoffman gave us such an insightful analysis and estimate of the work needed. We had purchased this house (a 1962 split level) last year, and the gutters were literally falling off their fascia boards and also the fascia boards were coming apart as well. Mr. Hoffman diagnosed that potentially extensive roof repair would also be required, including both the rafter tails as well as the sheeting under the shingles near the edges, and including that work in his estimate along with the gutter and trim replacement. His estimate of the work needed turned out to be very accurate as many of the rafter ends and a whole section of sheeting on the back side were rotted and needed repair/replacement. The crew was similarly excellent; they arrived on site as scheduled and worked tirelessly for nearly 4 days to do all the repair work, replace all the fascia boards, replace some of the missing cladding that had also come off in places, and install a complete set of new gutters. Each day when the crew left they tidied up the site very nicely, and at the end of the project the yard was completely clean. They worked very carefully with a lot of attention to detail. The outcome is that we now have gutters as well as fascia boards and cladding that all look spectacular! We are very pleased with their work."

"Great service, done in a timely manner. Cleaned gutters before and left my house In perfect order, I will use them again"

"ARHT Home Solutions just completed a series of home improvement projects that included replacing the entire roof of our home, installing new gutters, and painting our ceiling in the kitchen/living room/hallway and my husband and I couldn't be happier with the level of service and quality of the work done on our home. My husband and I noticed some shadows appearing on our kitchen and living room ceilings and figured that our roof needed some repairs so after some searching on the internet, we ended up contacting ARHT Home Solutions for a quote on roofing, gutters, and interior home repair services. ARHT Home Solutions responded to our inquiry very quickly and well within a week, Michael and Whitman came out to inspect our roof and interior repair needs. They took the time to look at our roof from the outside and also inspected the decking from inside the attic to asses our roofing needs and to provide us with a quote for roofing services. In short and not unexpectedly, their recommendation was for a total roof replacement, not just roof repairs (our roof was already at least 15 years old and had a myriad of problems). Michael took the time to explain the issues he saw with our roof (in addition to its age) and what our roofing materials options were before providing a quote. At each step of the way, he made it a point to make sure that we were comfortable with continuing the conversation of going with ARHT Home Solutions to address our roof replacement and then he took the extra time to work through our financing options. He presented us with a reasonable quote and we agreed on the spot to go with ARHT Home Solutions. Michael took us through every single step of our roof replacement so that there were no surprises on the day it was scheduled to take place. He was on site with the roof replacement crew and sent us updates throughout the day, including videos that showed in what terrible shape our roof was in (it is a miracle the roof hadn't collapsed yet). And though two days were scheduled to finish the roof replacement, he and his wonderful crew had the roof completely replaced in one day, which was amazing because that meant we didn't have to stay in a hotel overnight with our son and newborn baby. They went above and beyond by trimming back branches on a tree in the front yard to help prevent any damage to the roof and cleared out insulation that was blocking an exhaust vent. They did an amazing job cleaning up afterwards as well and when we returned home, you could barely tell anyone had been there at all. The interior repair work/ceiling painting was done two days later and the gentleman who came was very nice, quiet, and worked efficiently - he arrived early and was finished by mid-afternoon. He did an amazing job with the requested repair work and then painting everything. The gutters were installed the following week and the team that arrived were also here on time and installed the gutters in what seemed like record time. All of the work was completed within 2-3 weeks of our signing a work contract with ARHT Home Solutions and everything was done in a professional manner. The personal attention to detail and constant check-ins by Michael and all of the crews was very refreshing and extremely reassuring that our home was in good hands. This has been by far the best home improvement project experience we could have asked for and because Michael took the time to explain the possibility of any additional costs and kept us updated on every step of the roof replacement, there were no surprises. Thankfully, everything went to plan and the costs stayed within the original quote. We look forward to working with ARHT Home Solutions again in the future and whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reputable, caring company to do their home improvement projects."

"My initial experience with them was awesome they came and clean the gutters and raked up all the leaves."
