Without his help II couldn't have sold my home as quickly as it did, or make the kind of money we did! We have a 50+ year home that looks every bit of that age. He knocked out punchlist item after punchlist item quicker than I could imagine! He did stucco repair, stucco patches, drywall repair/patches, painting, hung smoke/co2 detectors, adjusted my staircase railings to stop wobbling, and so, so much more.
