"Response to my inquire was next day. When he arrived he was on time and took appropriate safety measures. When it came to the job, he took one look at the shower and rather than write up an estimate and start working to clean the grout and caulking, he pulled out literature to show me what the problem was and that a simple cleaning would not be a long term solution and he didn't want to charge me work that he knew would not last. I appreciated the lesson and professionalism to not charge me for a job that would not fix my problem.
