We needed our basement windows (which had just been replaced by another contractor) to have either a trim border or wallboard put around them and decided to get caught up on a few other tasks that we just weren't getting around to. Nestor was very responsive for giving us a price, broken out by project. Each worker who came through (a) knew what was asked for from Nestor and also (b) double-checked the needs with us. The windows look *amazing* and we're really happy to have the ceiling fans switched out, our towel rack back up in the master bath, and the installation of a proper basement light switch (after making a bad call on not putting it in when we finished it years ago.) We can't recommend them enough!"

"LFC Services, Inc. is an excellent company! We have used LFC Services many times in the past. We can always count on them to do exceptional work. Our last project was in February 2018. We had water damage due to a broken pipe in the basement and outside of our house. We were in the process of renting our house to new tenants when our pipes burst due to one of the coldest winters on record. LFC Services was prompt, clean and very efficient. They repaired the damages in plenty of time for the new tenants to move in without any delays. I cannot thank LFC Services enough for all that they have done. We plan on hiring them again this year! "This wasn’t the first time I used Vazquez & Son. In 2014, they expanded my closet and built custom doors for it. Luis and his team are alway nice, attentive to detail, and leave the work area clean. So, when my bathroom ceiling was torn up to repair a leak I called him immediately to repair and get my bathroom back in order. In fact I had them repaint the whole thing and it looks great. I’m writing this review a year later because once again I have an emergency repair need (broken bay window) and once again Vazquez & Son are to the rescue! I had been traveling out of the country and a guest using my place broke the window. From the airport, on a Sunday morning, I texted Luis a picture of the window and he responded within 10 mins. It is great to have a reliable responsive handyman/construction service provider when you need one. Not all my projects are big money, but it’s my home (1 bedroom apartment) and having things done right matters to me. Vazquez & Sons treats my projects like professionals and never make me feel like small potatoes. I’m a loyal customer, and plan to be, as long as Vazquez & Son is in business."
