And more recently with a roof repair after some storm damage. When I called he said there is rain in the forecast. He came out the same day to inspect and stayed to complete the repair. That is amazing service!!!"

"From the start, we have been very pleased with the timeliness, professionalism, and quality of work from Paul and his team. We needed to have our front steps built in wood, as it would have been too costly to rebuild them in concrete. I was needing the work done pretty quickly as we had the old concrete steps removed and w/o access to our front door for some time. Paul called me back the next business day, and was able to come out to give an estimate that week. (Other contractors were not even returning my calls, and I even had one person come out and promise me an estimate who never followed up with me, after me reaching out multiple times.) I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted the stairs to look like, and he was able to show me a previous job that was exactly what I wanted. He was also able to give me a ballpark right away, which I appreciated. Paul provided 2 different estimates as I requested, with and without railings, and both were very reasonable. We ended up going with the railings and are so satisfied with how it all looks- we have gotten many compliments on our new stairs and will definitely hire again for other needed work in the future. Another thing I wanted to mention is that Paul is so responsive!! I was very happy with the check-ins and quick responses to my emails. He and Sam were also working very hard to ensure they job was done quickly, and even stayed late into the evening. Bottom line--great quality work, great customer service, and has a very satisfied customer who would hire again! Wish I could upload a picture, we are so happy with how it all looks!"
