Ken did a fantastic job replacing our attic ladder; he is a skilled carpenter and really knew what he was doing. When he replaced our weather stripping, he noticed that our front doors were not hanging properly and fixed that in addition to replacing the weather stripping. We've lived in this house for 4 winters and have complained about the front door insulation every winter, and he fixed it for us! I'm so happy to have connected with such a skilled craftsman."

Right away he introduced himself and was very personal telling me about his background and showed actual interest in providing service. I discussed a running toilet issue that may need a new flap and in the end we decided to do a total replacement. I was not impressed with the other two contractors that gave me bids after viewing the job. They just seem to overbid right off the bat and generally did not show interest in doing a great job.
