"Charles' customer service is A++. I kept changing my mind about the furniture to be moved. Started off with just a very fragile antique armoire, then moved on to other pieces. He was very flexible and happy to accommodate. The guys were polite, professional and showed up on time. I'm a return customer because I was so impressed after I used them for a big move 2 years ago. They know what they're doing and don't try to cut corners so it alleviates the stress of wondering if furniture is being damaged when you're not looking, which has been my experience with other companies in the past.
