He did a great job on everything he worked on.  He cleaned up his work areas and left them as clean as he found them. "Eugene Handyman LLC was great. Drained water heater, scoped and said water heater was well serviced in the past, and should provide full service. A. If CHW had only found Eugene 2 months earlier when Claim initiated instead of wasting time with the 1st 2 no-show technicians, B. offers for me to find and pay for service on my own. The requirements to take pictures and submit detailed descriptions of work estimated to get approved before getting okay to start. C. The 5 contacted refused to do that. D. The result of this terrible service by CHW was the cancellation entirely of our Georgia home 6 year policy and decrease the Oregon 6 year policy to only one year. E. Despite how badly CHW handled this Claim, Eugene Handyman LLC was everything one could expect from a service technician, and we expected this type of service from CHW from the beginning."
