It turned out some of the damage was to structural elements (much bigger issue). Sean was great: letting us know exactly how he was going to handle the issue, what the cost would beâ in detailâ and taking all the appropriate steps to do the job right and with high quality. Sean was very responsive to our questions through the whole process and kept us updated on progress each day he was on site. At the end of the job things came in costing less than the estimate Sean had provided. There were a few schedule changes/slight delays during the project which could have been communicated more proactively- but this was really not a big deal- as mentioned earlier, Sean responded promptly to any and all questions we had. We would definitely hire him again for another project."

The floor install required a new subfloor (expected) but unexpectedly we found that the 75% of the joists needed replacing or repairing.
