Appointments were often rescheduled, or took more hours than estimated. He doesn't do plumbing, electric or floors, so running into anything outside his expertise requires a halt in his work, and a new date to continue. Removal of a plaster wall was a mess because the necessary precautions were not taken (plastic in door openings and water bottles). I would say he's a great carpenter, but to advertise as a general handyman is a bit of an exaggeration. He also doesn't always have what he needs for the project. Framing a wall, he asked for opening size, again, and still didn't have the wood and corners to finish properly. Drywall cracked and had to be removed. I am finishing the framing since the final size is not what is needed, even though I explained the project several times. The delays between visits was often a week or more leaving me in a construction mess. But his carpentry work is very good."
