"We were referred to Craig by our local plumber after we started to have a leak in the tub. Craig was prompt with setting up an appointment and providing an estimate for a tub surround replacement. The pricing that was given was VERY reasonable so we proceeded with the project.Craig is passionate about the services he offers which is proven in the detail of work that was performed which is phenomenal. "Trent was kind, professional, HONEST and respectful. I reached out and he messaged within the hour. After brief conversation on the phone he was able to fit me in for a free water testing and system inspection that same day. I mentioned a 3 stage water system upgrade and after the water test we found our water system was working well. He provided suggestions as alternative approaches to itchy skin we experienced. After we did our own research we agreed to have him install a UVC light with an additional filter for good measure. We called and he inspected on Tuesday and he was there with the install on Sunday that same week! Amazing. Talked us through the tests and results and provided us with informational pamphlets as well as transparency about his product vendor. Once the job was complete he tested the system and taught us about it and maintenance procedures. He was kind & patient. The pipe work install was well done and beautiful. He minded the space and existing plumbing."
