"Because it was a window casement, not having it repaired would have left the inside of the bedroom open to the weather outside. I needed to have the work done ASAP. It was 2pm and I looked up Angie’s list and I got Kyle. I took pictures of the job, damages whatever else Kyle advise me to do. He was at least 20 miles away peak traffic had started but he took the job. Did a superb job, and was so pleasant to work with. I didnt feel intimidated as I can when working with repair people, His calm demeanor and amazing communication and feedback as to what the job entails contributed to me feeling the price was right.
