I started in the flooring industry for 35yrs I was doing all sorts of carpets and tiles and laminate as well as hardwood installation. Then as I started my company I would do all aspects of the handyman services because my customers needed other stuff done. I'm now 61yrs old and I'm sure I can handle any honeydew list. I can bid jobs on time and material or job complete any way you like. I will always disclose any forseen issued up front, and confront any changes before the work starts.

"It was the best experience we have had working with someone in a contract capacity. Pablo was punctual, courteous, professional, and was willing to do whatever we needed to get the job done, even stopping at Target to pick up the right storage bins. He took a chaotic post-move pile and organized it beautifully. He also put together several pieces of storage furniture for us. We have hired a lot of temp staff to do handyman projects and Pablo is absolutely at the top. His can-do attitude combined with his strong skill set make him a very smart hire."

I am an all around handyman for most projects, certified welder, plumber, and carpenter. I can work on most projects big and small.
To measure the right size for a pet door, start by measuring your largest pet. The flap should be at least one inch taller than your tallest pet and at least two inches wider. It's also important to measure the step-over, which should be no more than one-third of your pet's height from the floor to the back.
Pet doors are safe when you implement proper security measures. Opting for models with locking covers or electronic controls—such as microchips or collar-activated sensors—enhances safety by ensuring only your pet can use the door. These features are especially valuable if you have young children or want to prevent stray animals and intruders from entering your home.
Pet doors can affect your energy efficiency by allowing outside air to enter and affect the temperature in your home. You can minimize this impact by choosing a high-quality, insulated pet door that's properly sealed and weatherproofed. Investing in energy-efficient models helps maintain indoor temperatures while giving your pet the freedom to come and go.
