"I had an outstanding experience with Trusty Toolbelt Handyman and Eric in particular. From start to finish, his professionalism and quality of work really stood out. His prices were very reasonable given the scope of the work, and he took real pride in doing things the right way, not the fast way. Every detail was clean, secure, and thoughtfully done. Respect for my home was a big thing for me. I mentioned that we do not wear shoes in the house and without hesitation he said, “No problem,” and removed them. Throughout the visit, any question, adjustment, or inquiry I had, he listened carefully and accommodated it without attitude. His mannerisms and disposition were calm, respectful, and patient, which made the whole experience stress free. Timeliness is extremely important to me, and Eric exceeded my expectations. Our appointment was at 10:00 a.m., and he arrived early and ready to work. I trusted him enough that I found myself looking for more projects because it is rare to find!"
