"Chris is an excellent handyman who went above and beyond on the job. I had him do 3 jobs and everything was done perfectly. He offered me advice on some other things I need to do. The prices are very reasonable so I donâ t have to justify paying to get things done that I can do myself. I typically do most small jobs myself but being single taking care of the house and yard is a bit much. Now I have someone I can count on to do these extra jobs for me. I highly recommend Chris but as the other review says I hesitate to do so as I donâ t want him to get too busy and then he canâ t get to the work I want done."

"EM Property Maintenance and Dale gave quick and responsive service throughout the projects. Timing was critical because downtime was involved for kitchen and dining areas. Work was done carefully. The challenge came in matching old paint. This could not be done precisely because of age. It was accomplished to a high degree of painting skill and care. We found Justin a reliable, timely and careful painter. Overall very happy with all aspects of this process."
