Damage to my two custom wood front gates and the need to get hurricane panels installed, brought to mind all the other tasks that needed to be done. Roger met with me to review my scope of work and within a couple of days of consistent, on time, quality workmanship, he accomplished everything! Roger, and his colleagues, are knowledgeable professionals, very polite and showed great consideration in the way they left my property tidy after each completed task. I am very impressed. I know he does much larger custom exterior/interior remodeling and I have finally found the person I want to work with on my future interior upgrades. "It went pretty well. One of the issues I had was that it said "handyman for a day" and nobody ever mentioned it. I asked specifically how long is that and they said just as long as it takes. That was a weird business model. At the end of the day he was there a couple of hours extra and then I just got charged the extra. It was a little bit annoying, but it all worked out. So it's fine. I didn't have to wait for them to be available. It was pretty much as soon as I wanted them. I just thought that he should have been a little more forthcoming about that it was an hourly charge after a set number of hours, which makes perfect business sense. I was surprised when he conveyed to me that it didn't work that way. I get it as a business person. Off course you are going to charge extra for hours beyond eight or whatever it is. He just wasn't specific. I just wish he had been clearer about the way it got billed. The job was good. I was very happy with the guy who set it up. It was good. He had a wide breath of knowledge about the stuff around the house. He imparted a lot of knowledge to me, because I kind of followed him around and he was helpful and explained to me very clearly what he was doing and why he was doing it. It was a good experience. I communicated to the guy who showed up. I just wish that his boss was clearer about what "handyman for a day" means. I think they should spell that out in the description of the deal. The pricing was good. It was reasonable for the skill level. It was a positive experience and I would use them again."

"I first called Luis, the owner of this company. He was very polite and very customer conscience. He made me an appointment right away.The day befor the appointment he had to cancel due to an unforeseen emergency. He was extremly apologetic and  compensated me for this slight problem much more than he really needed to . To make up for the cancelation, he was MORE than generous.



We made another appointment and he and his assistant, Edgar, arrived exactly on time, actually a few minutes early.

Luis started the switches but had to leave after about two hours for another appointment leaving Edgar to finish what needed to be done.



Edgar was not only VERY nice and a wonderful worker, but he took his time and made sure things were done correctly. Very much a perfectionist and after a little while of watching him work, I had a wonderful sense of confidence in him.



Also he even looked at a defected ceiling fan light switch  and would have replaced it for me but couldn't as I had purchased the wrong part. This he would have done as a last minute favor/request from me. How nice was that of him to do ?!

Excellent costomer service care!



All I can say is that if you need any work done around the house or anywhere, call these guys!!

 

I was EXTREMLY satisfied with ALL the work they did and not only would I not hesitate to use them in the future, but I honestly give my 100% recommendation ( something I very seldom do ) to use this company for all your handyman needs. You will not be disappointed!! A++++++ all the way.

They painted our garage floor in a new epoxy, they did gutter work, they painted interior and exterior.
