"This project was replacing an old kitchen faucet and under-sink shutoff valves. Premier KC LLC asked good questions about the project, plus gave me the option to send them photos of the existing under-sink plumbing, so they had a better idea of what they were dealing with (old house). Then, they gave me pricing options for the shutoff valves, including the ability to buy them myself if I wanted. (I had already bought the faucet myself, which they had no problem with. I elected to have them supply the shutoff valves.) Lots of good communication before the project, including updates on when they would arrive. The technician arrived on time, was very pleasant, and obviously knew what he was doing. Despite battling some very old plumbing, he had the job done quickly and everything works great. All this for a very reasonable price! I am quite satisfied."

"He did a good job. Accomplished what I needed done. What I liked was he called and ask to come by and give me a bid. Some other company called and ask to send pictures. I understand todays technology but face to face is what customer service is all about."

To measure the right size for a pet door, start by measuring your largest pet. The flap should be at least one inch taller than your tallest pet and at least two inches wider. It's also important to measure the step-over, which should be no more than one-third of your pet's height from the floor to the back.
Pet doors are safe when you implement proper security measures. Opting for models with locking covers or electronic controlsâsuch as microchips or collar-activated sensorsâenhances safety by ensuring only your pet can use the door. These features are especially valuable if you have young children or want to prevent stray animals and intruders from entering your home.
Pet doors can affect your energy efficiency by allowing outside air to enter and affect the temperature in your home. You can minimize this impact by choosing a high-quality, insulated pet door that's properly sealed and weatherproofed. Investing in energy-efficient models helps maintain indoor temperatures while giving your pet the freedom to come and go.
