I've had a lot of different projects and work done on my house, including electrical, basement remodel, bathrooms, plumbing, audio/video, etc., but he is by far the most professional that I've worked with. He listened to the needs and opinions of my wife and I and gave valuable advice and suggestions for our kitchen backsplash project.
