There was nothing negative and the positive thing was that they were very personable, and willing to take my input. They asked us what we wanted, and if what they did was okay, so they worked well with us.  They were making openings in the wall, so that they could take all the wires from the computer into the wall, and come down and out of the wall, so that we could plug them down underneath and not have wires all over. I just paid 10 more Dollars for the little covers for the holes in the walls."
