"Scott loves a challenge and thank God because I inadvertently handed him one. What started as a simple changing of hinges on a door from single action to double action became much more than that. As he took the hinges off we noticed all sorts of unevenness in how they were originally mounted so he had to drill and chisel new channels just to make sure everything was even and then further “sculpt” the channels to accommodate the double action hinge. So not only did he get the handyman stuff done effectively but he did it in a very artistic way and seemed very pleased to have a job that he really had to get creative on. And in the end the job went 2 hours 15 minutes and he charged me for exactly that (no rounding-up funny business) Scott was great and I HIGHLY recommend him especially if the job requires someone who needs to think on their feet."

"Called Santiago remodeling due to a leak in the bathroom. After inspection he noted that the Sewer Pipes were leaking underneath the house. It turned out to be a major job. Santiago Remodeling replaced all of sewer pipes and clean water pipes as well. In addition I decided to remodel both bathrooms so I had him do it. I am very happy with his service. If I ever need any remodeling done in my house or in my rentals he will be the first person that I will call. I inspected the job everyday and saw that they really are professional. After the job was completed he gave me USB with all the video and pictures that he took before and after the job. I never in my life received any thing like that from other contractors and I have used several in the past. I give 5 stars for this company"
