"Excellent job! I really grateful! I will recommend!"

"Jorge was an excellent find! A really nice, professional guy! I called to inquire about his service and he made time to come to my home to do an estimate within a couple hours! He also offered a reasonable rate for him to hang up a few heavy mirrors onto my drywalls. He even offered to do one extra at no cost! The best part is that he was willing and able to complete the project right on the spot! He and his partner were courteous, professional and genuinely nice! They also did good, quality work! Even though one of the mirrors was slightly off level (after further review once they left), I was able to measure, and see the slight off-level - despite this, I’m sure when I contact Jorge again soon to complete another project for me, I can point it out, and he’ll make any necessary adjustments. Overall, I highly recommend Jorge for any work needed that a qualified handyman can do!! He’s the man!"

"SB Electrical was great to work with. They called prior to the job to let me know how the job would be handled. Showed up on time the day the work was to begin, discussed the work to be done and completed the job as promised in two days. I would absolutely use their services again and recommend them for any handyman project one might have. Barrett and Mariela provided great customer service during the project and for the following-up as well."

"He was very helpful and very good with responding and being sent me a reasonable price and did exactly as I requested. He is an awesome worker and would definitely recommend!"

"Service was prompt, professional and accommodating. Was able to help me out at the last minute. And it was very much appreciated. I would definitely call again."

"He was phenomenal! He was professional, kind and got the job done. Assembled and installed my ceiling fan promptly and for a great rate. I will use him for future services"

"Tony and his team were awesome! Excellent work, highly professional, great with details. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future for bathroom renovation."

"I recently hired Maintenance Work 1 to assemble a 5’ x 3’ Resin Outdoor Storage Shed. Chris was friendly and communicated with me throughout the process. He had the shed assembled in 3 hours, which in itself was a miracle, considering the directions that came with it were completely useless and stated it would be an all-day project! Chris worked hard to get the job done correctly and even cleaned up the work area, which was a nice surprise! I would recommend Maintenance Work 1 for anyone needing handyman services. Their expertise, reliability, and commitment to quality work made the entire experience stress-free. I will definitely hire them again for future projects!"

"James did a great job in assembling my computer desk. He came on time, worked professionally, and did the job on time. I am thinking of giving him more task in the future."

"DOES GOOD WORK AT VERY REASONABLE PRICES"
