"George is the finest handyman that I can imagine. His background is as an electrician, but he is as good as I have ever seen at minor to midlevel carpentry and detail work. He has caulked my tub fixed my shelves painted my doors retiled my steps. . . I'm forgetting something. George shows up when he is scheduled and does his work with a kind word and a smile. He one of the talented few providers that my family and my home can depend on."

"I live in a 1927 house that has had so many random disasters that i could provide enough footage for multiple sequels of the movie 'The Money Pit'. Needless to say, I've hired several handymen over the years none of which I ever hired for a second time. Why? Because they were overpriced and their work was unimpressive. So unimpressive that I ended up getting better results begrudgingly doing it myself which sets the bar rather low since I'm a DIY amateur. Then, I was fortunate enough to cross paths with 'The Gaza Guy' and for the first time could observe how repairs were really supposed to be done by a true professional. His speed, knowledge, and use of tools is phenomenal. His work is far superior to anything I've ever seen and his prices are very fair. He has now made multiple repairs for me and his skills are top notch on every different task he's done. Literally everything. Quite amazing. I recommend him to everyone I know and I'm very grateful to have found him."

To measure the right size for a pet door, start by measuring your largest pet. The flap should be at least one inch taller than your tallest pet and at least two inches wider. It's also important to measure the step-over, which should be no more than one-third of your pet's height from the floor to the back.
Pet doors are safe when you implement proper security measures. Opting for models with locking covers or electronic controls—such as microchips or collar-activated sensors—enhances safety by ensuring only your pet can use the door. These features are especially valuable if you have young children or want to prevent stray animals and intruders from entering your home.
Pet doors can affect your energy efficiency by allowing outside air to enter and affect the temperature in your home. You can minimize this impact by choosing a high-quality, insulated pet door that's properly sealed and weatherproofed. Investing in energy-efficient models helps maintain indoor temperatures while giving your pet the freedom to come and go.
