We entered a contract which they stuck by. The price to perform the remodeling was very, very fair. During the remodeling, a structural problem was found. They addressed the problem and provided me with options to correct the problem. These were structural issues which should have been addressed by their predecessors and was inconceivable that the problem could have been missed. Bryan's handymen, led by Jorge, were professional, timely, efficient, knowledgeable, artistic and neat. They did a fantastic job on my bathroom. I can't thank them enough. "Working with Greg was great. Hired to refresh our front porch railings, build new stairs for a back door, and fix a cracking bedroom ceiling. Good expectations were set and the communication was good if anything unexpected came up in the work. The work all looks great and was completed very close to the target date with some reasonable delays because of weather. "I need kitchen cabinet repairsâ ¦it is difficult to find repair professionals. What I appreciate most was their professionalism & communication. We had a 12pm appointment & they were running a bit behind on their previous appointment, about 10am they reached out to let me know they were running about an hour behind & would arrive by 1pmâ ¦they reached out before they left prior appt to let me know they were on the way & were here by 12:30! When they arrived I had a few drawers which were not closing properly and the face of a folding corner cabinet door off on less than one year old cabinets. They took note of the issues and let me know theyâ d reach out later that evening with a proper estimate. Early that evening they reached out with their estimate for repair & we set up an appointment for the next day to complete the repair. This next day they reached out to let me know they were on the wayâ ¦.they were running ahead of schedule & showed up a few minutes early. What impressed me is they had done video research on the actual kitchen cabinetsâ ¦.I mean Iâ m sure cabinets are similar but every manufacturer has their own way of production, install & operation. Diligently they removed the drawers and made adjustmentsâ ¦patiently they made a few adjustment attempts until they were all perfectly alignedâ ¦like fine tuning. So glad to have found them as we discussed a number of other projects I hope to have them working on in the very near future. Highly recommend, I know I will be working with them again. Thanks guys"
