We entered a contract which they stuck by. The price to perform the remodeling was very, very fair. During the remodeling, a structural problem was found. They addressed the problem and provided me with options to correct the problem. These were structural issues which should have been addressed by their predecessors and was inconceivable that the problem could have been missed. "We hired Robert to remove an old bathroom vanity and its porcelain top with integral double sinks and to install the replacement cabinet. It was a challenge to remove the old unit without breaking any floor or wall tiles. Robert and his crew performed this task successfully and did a great job of installing the new cabinetry. In the process, we had a major plumbing leak in the basement (no fault of Robert's--some old valves did not work properly), but he immediately got us the service of a plumber with whom he often works. This subcontractor charged us a very reasonable price for what turned out to be a time-consuming repair, and Robert stayed around the whole time to make sure everything turned out fine.
