"Request for replacement garbage disposer. I got quick response and the job was completed next day. Thank you JPC Handyman service!"

"Roger, Chad and Lee are awesome! They spent several days completing projects in my quirky 76 year old home and were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, neat, punctual and took the time to explain the work they were doing. I contacted The Grove Handyman via Angie's list and Roger very promptly replied to my request for an estimate (which I received in writing). The work began as scheduled and was completed in a timely manner even though there were some surprises along the way. I'm thrilled that I found The Grove Handyman on Angie's List and look forward to working with them again in the near future!"

"It went pretty well. One of the issues I had was that it said "handyman for a day" and nobody ever mentioned it. I asked specifically how long is that and they said just as long as it takes. That was a weird business model. At the end of the day he was there a couple of hours extra and then I just got charged the extra. It was a little bit annoying, but it all worked out. So it's fine. I didn't have to wait for them to be available. It was pretty much as soon as I wanted them. I just thought that he should have been a little more forthcoming about that it was an hourly charge after a set number of hours, which makes perfect business sense. I was surprised when he conveyed to me that it didn't work that way. I get it as a business person. Off course you are going to charge extra for hours beyond eight or whatever it is. He just wasn't specific. I just wish he had been clearer about the way it got billed. The job was good. I was very happy with the guy who set it up. It was good. He had a wide breath of knowledge about the stuff around the house. He imparted a lot of knowledge to me, because I kind of followed him around and he was helpful and explained to me very clearly what he was doing and why he was doing it. It was a good experience. I communicated to the guy who showed up. I just wish that his boss was clearer about what "handyman for a day" means. I think they should spell that out in the description of the deal. The pricing was good. It was reasonable for the skill level. It was a positive experience and I would use them again."

"Kevin is the most honest Handyman I have worked with personally. Even though I had a very small job he still came out of his way to look at it and gave me honest feedback about other pending jobs. He definitely values customer service, and I would recommend him."

"Service was excellent. Communication was excellent. Easy to communicate by phone email and text. I will be hiring again in the future for a remodel of the same location."

"My Guy Francis came through big time for me. One of my rental properties needed various minor repairs to pass an upcoming inspection. I was working on a very short timeline and Francis quoted the job at a fair price and completed the work in two days. I needed a new toilet, drywall repair that needed the water heater removed in order to repair the drywall, baseboard and some light electrical work and a few other minor things. Francis was on time and very communicative throughout the process. Francis will be my go to guy for all of my handyman needs!! I highly recommend."
