Despite submitting several requests to other handymen on Angi, Josh was the only businessman to call me personally (and he called within an hour of my submission), to talk to me about what I needed and to set up a time to come out to our home and give us an accurate bid. There was a snow-storm the week that he was set to visit us, and Josh planned ahead of time, working with me to reschedule his visit and communicating throughout the week. In fact, he actually ended up coming to us in his personal vehicle to take a look at my mini projects-- all because he knew that we were in a time crunch to get these things done before our house was sold! He offered both a more affordable/easier solution AND a more expensive-- but more thorough option for each of the items that I had on my list, and I really appreciated that transparency and that forthrightness with us.
