"Was having problems with my HVAC / heat pump. I didn't want to call the emergency number on a Sunday, but I saw I could schedule service online. I picked a date and time and received e-mail and text confirmation. Tech arrived on time and found multiple issues. It was a 17-year system, which they have worked on in the past. They have always been on time and updated me on their arrival time. We went over the options to keep the system running (repairs and parts), but ultimately decided it would be better to replace it with a new and more efficient unit. Keri, in the office, provided a few quotes for systems with varying options and efficiencies. I selected a variable-stage compressor unit, and I'm looking forward to the installation soon. Gary quoted me a great price and was able to get it scheduled within a weeks time. Jeremy and Ryan came out to do the installation and they were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable! Jeremy was a life- saver pointing out that we had ductwork that pulled in outside air, but it could be opened and closed as needed. This was in response to my indicating if had some issues even with the air on. Franklin Heating and Cooling are a caring bunch of professionals with great customer service skills and knowledge. "Chad and Dave did a great job installing my shower. Their scheduling system needs a lot of work though. Chad originally missed the appointment, but came out immediately once I call him. He brought Dave in to do the plumbing work, which to my eye was excellent. Price was fair, and less than some quotes i had received previously. All in all, I'm very satisfied. Once they get their computer system up to the level of their work, this will be a 5-star company."

"John took the time to check the co levels in my home and the effect the stove vent fan had on my fireplace. What he failed to do was show me when the gas heater was turned off in the sun room how the heater would act. ALso why the heater kept turning it self off, I finally read the book and it says it shut down based on oxygen level in the room. there were 3 of us and 2 dogs in this space so that must have been the problem. the next day I ran the heater with the dining room door open and it did not shut on and off. Thank You for a quick and clean service and safety check"
