"If you are looking for a full service HVAC company, Bill Bowers A/C and Heating is it! I rarely right reviews but felt I had to share my experience this time. We hired Bill Bowers A/C and Heating to revamp our â tiredâ 23 year old A/C and Heat Pump and to vacuum and clean all of our duct work. When we needed an estimate, Dennis (the owner) took time out on his own day off to come out and inspect our existing system. Dennis did a thorough job of inspecting everything that was needed so that he could provide as accurate of an estimate as possible. He was up in our attic several times (even fixed some duct work that needed attention; at no cost), spent a great deal of time in our mechanical closet and inspected the main returns, duct work and vents inside our home. All in all, Dennis probably spent 90+ minutes evaluating and gathering all the info he needed for the estimate while taking the additional time to thoroughly answer all the questions I had. Let me tell you, I received four estimates from other HVAC companies and none of those four estimators spent nearly the time Dennis did. When installation and tear out day arrived, Bill Bowers A/C and Heating team arrived on time, were professional, considerate, friendly, and respectful to us and our property while working hard until the job was completed. At the end of the job, the team lead walked us through everything that was done and answered all of our questions. We felt that Bill Bowers A/C and Heating had a dedicated and experienced staff who wanted nothing but to ensure our A/C and heating project was done to our complete satisfaction. We felt that they had a sincere desire to please us as a customer. We felt that their pricing was very fair and reasonable. We were very happy with all they did for us. They exceeded all of our expectations! I would highly recommend Bill Bowers A/C and Heating to anyone and will continue to use them to maintain our new system in the future."

"I am so happy that I hired Modern Air! Prompt, courteous, friendly, professional, knowledgeable. I couldnt have asked for better. Tom is a wonderful person in addition to his work ethics. I am never going to use anybody else from here on out. He doesnt try to up sell you or get you to get on their contract program and, he finds the problem and addresses that . In this record heat and being a Saturday didnt deter him I am blessed to have found Tom with Modern Air. He repaired my ac unit. Hallelujah! My unit is only 3 yr old but the idiot company that installed it did it improperly, didnt register it, left all kinds of debris in attic and would NEVER service it. "HVAC system went out and needed a new one on short notice. Team Enoch responded the same day and were out 2 days later to replace the HVAC system. Installation was done meticulously and with great care and the price was very fair. We paid about $6000 for a 4 ton American Standard (aka Trane) system. The first company that quoted me estimated $8900 for the exact same system and undoubtedly lower quality of work (Abundant Air Condition and Heating). Miles was my point of contact and did not try to push a sale and encouraged me to do some research for myself.
