That was good news to me because it meant to me that the technician was not just going in and putting band-aids on the heating systems but taking the time to fix them. When the technician arrived, he came in with his backpack toolbox, which made me feel like he knew what he was doing (when they come in with nothing in hand, it makes me think they do not know what they are doing).
