"Marvin provided another great customer service experience when he repaired my furnace Saturday morning, 12.09.17. Marvin quickly replied to my request, alerted me he was on his way, diagnosed the problem and showed me the broken part, replaced the part and fired up the furnace. Marvin is the go-to man for all your heating & air conditioning needs in Baton Rouge. Marvin's A/C & Heating is a company run on integrity and professionalism. Marvin called me within one hour after I requested a quote and scheduled the service appointment at my convenience. The technician, Travis, arrived 10 minutes early, told me exactly what he was going to do, took pictures of the heating and air conditioning system before and after he serviced and cleaned each part, removed the part that needed replacing and clearly explained why it needed to be replaced. Travis then ran the system trough both heating and air conditioning cycles and made sure I was 100% satisfied before he left.
