The Sales Staff listened to our needs & wants then gave us multiple options at different price points explaining the reasons for the different prices. They didn't try to over sell and actually talked us out of replacing our water heater since it wasn't needed. Quoted me less than half of what the other company wanted and let us know that some of the work the other company wanted to do was unnecessary.
