"I had Shanks Heating and Cooling install a new GeoThermal unit at my home. They were amazing. From start to finish Each team member was respectful and professional. They made a stressful situation better by answering my every question, even simple questions, and never made me feel stupid for asking. They were there on time and every time they said they would be there. The price that was quoted was exactly what they said and they even upgraded my thermostat without charge! "Ryan and Affordable Comfort KC are great! Call them first. He was responsive to phone calls and texts, showed up when he said he would and his work is top quality. He caught a few things the first guy missed (and these things were confirmed necessary by another technician). He makes sure you have what you need, but won't try to sell you on something unnecessary. The products he uses are great quality. He is an all around good guy who does great work!
