"I had a complete replacement of an HVAC system. An attic air handler and outdoor heat pump was just installed. I used Moore Services. I love the guy , his integrity and the quality of his work. He is patient answering questions with a dedication to his customers well being. He calls when he says he will call and shows up when he says he will show up. He shows respect for not only my home but my cats as well. He is reliable, fair in price and did an absolutely beautiful job. I couldnâ t wait to leave this review because too often people leave reviews only when they are angry. They use the internet to vent their rage. "Big Billy is a boiler master, this guy impressed me with the types of tools and solutions he uses to get the job done, I watched Big Billy lay upside down under a boiler pipe to make a very difficult repair just so I would have heat for the night and so my fish tanks wouldnâ t freeze killing thousands of dollars worth of fish, at first I was nervous that he might get hurt but he bounced up after the repair like a gymnast, Big Billy has total dedication and many years of valuable experience that saved the day and my fish. Took the time to explain the reason and cost of all work done, cleaned up the site and tested the system thoroughly before leaving. Would recommend for all plumbing and heating needs."

"My water heater stopped working some time in the middle of the night. When I woke up to take a shower there was no hot water and I was very frustrated. I called KNMP and talked to Kevin Nava. He was very easy to talk to on the phone and got to my house within a half hour. I thought I was going to spend a fortune on replacing my water heater but Kevin was able to fix the problem. The fix was low cost and done right. I have not had a problem ever since. KNMP is very professional Company and I will be going to them with any of my plumbing issues from here on out."
