The team from Angel Perez, technician, to the installers, Don and Don and those that work in the office were nothing less than helpful, kind, professional, informative and courteous. The installation process was flawless and took just a few hours. The guys were very friendly but more importantly, they made us feel confident in what they were doing. We worked out the finances which was a very simple and easy process and by the end of the day we had nice cool air flowing on a day that had temperatures in the high 90s. "This was absolutely the best service I could have imagined. My vents went from filthy to spotlessly clean. I feel as if I can breath again. The value for the services provides was excellent. The technician, Elie, was fantastic. He was so service oriented and treated my wife and I like his own family. He worked with us on pricing so it was affordable and he gave us a ten year "club membership" for only $999.00 which gives us ten years of maintenance, twice a year for the next ten years to keep our heating and cooling systems updated and clean. "I was looking for a company to replace my hydronic heating system and inefficient condenser with a new heat pump condenser, as well as a new furnace system to support the heat pump condenser. I reached out to two companies and OC Excel quoted me a much more reasonable price, and both company informed me at the time of quote that they would need to cut open a portion of my condo’s ceiling where the furnace was at, but they will patch it back/know someone that would patch it back. On the day of the job, OC Excel did everything they could to avoid cutting my ceiling, so I wouldn’t need to patch it back later and have the marks, and they were able to do it! I really appreciated them going the extra miles for me!"
