"We contacted Pure Air for emergency furnace/boiler repair in our home and we ended up having to replace the unit. They recommended a combination hot water heater/boiler unit and we decided that was the way to go. "We came in to work one day, to find there was no AC in our offices. It was 90+ degrees that day, and as owner of the company, I saw that there was going to be little to no productivity that day. I called several companies, only to be told it would be a day or two before they could service our system. I was on the verge of sending everyone home, because the fans I purchased, just weren't doing the trick. Then, I called Paramount. Alan was at our offices within the hour. He determined it was a fan motor, and after a short trip to his office, had the new fan in hand. He also recommended replacement of a capacitor that he deemed to be on it's last leg. I'm in the Service Industry, and I have to admit I was impressed how stocked and organized his truck was. Alan stayed around for a short time afterwards, and gave me some tips on what to do to keep my AC unit running efficiently. After the faucets were in place he took a shopt break then started on the drain pipes. he replaced all the pipes from the drains to the old iron pipe to main line. fter he finshed he made sure all water lines were working and none including the drain lines were leaking.
