He answered ALL of the questions that we had about our furnace. He showed us everything that he was doing and what he was about to repair. He called around for the parts that he needed and the only place that had the was in Carmel and so he left and drove there for the parts he needed. Now mind you, we live on the East side of Indianapolis. He was able to get the part and needed and fixed our furnace in a matter of minutes. He helped us with different financing options. "Had a "Plan" with 2 Dif Heating/cooling firms that ended up being shoddy in compliance with the "plan" but lied about needing expensive parts for service.Heat exchanger , should haVE OBTAINED A SECOND OPINION. Last scam was told the furnace was beyond repair[$2200.00 ] quote, and to buy a new one. Felt problem was minor, leaking trap in furnace. On Friday, with no appt,was sent a gifted tech who worked for 2 hours to fix the leak . Trap was never cleaned out in 11 years of regular service.despite my specific asking for it to be done. He arrived on time and left the area tidy. Cost ? $94.00 for everything. Will never use anyone else. This is the "A" team."

I believe their names were Erich Roeder and Greg (we never got his last name maybe?) and they were just the kind of electricians you want. They arrived as scheduled, and got right to work. They gave a complete and full diagnostic of a set of failed circuits, and made a couple of recommendations to resolve. They got us fixed temporarily since we had visitors and didn't want them climbing around in the attic or ripping out drywall late in the evening. "Mark has been my go to HVAC guy for many years now. The original installer did not advise me of options to correcting humidity problems in a complete furnace/HVAC installation 12 years ago and failed to properly service the coils causing additional condensation that went all over my floors. Mark fixed the humidity damaged blower motor, fan, and furnace that helped me get another 2 years out of the system. Unfortunately the damage became too great to continue repairing. Mark recalculated the air movements through my house, did the attic work and conversion to move the air intake from the floor to the top of the vault, and installed a new heat pump and furnace doubling the air movement in the house and reducing humidity. Heâ s always been responsive and helpful in correcting problems and teaching me things I can better do on my own to make the HVAC equipment perform better at a reasonable price. "I don't normally like to give 5 star reviews, not because they're not possible, but because I feel like most people just spam the 5 star button and don't give reasonable explanations to fit the rating. In this case though it really was 5 star service. Nathaniel was our HVAC Technician and he did an excellent job explaining everything he was working through and looking at when diagnosing our central AC system and inspecting and cleaning the indoor and outdoor units. The appointment ended with my wife and I both very much more knowledgeable than we started out at, about both AC systems and the various parts and processes in general, and our own system's status (A lot of that information was not made very clear to us when we purchased the house a year ago). I now feel I have a good idea of how well our current system is performing and am better prepared to make the right decisions going forward about what parts may need replaced, when, for how much, etc. Not only was he very informative, but he obviously did good work on our system as it's running much more efficiently now that he's tuned it up and replaced a couple items that were in need of replacement. Overall, very helpful and very happy with the service Nathaniel provided. Will be using One Hour again come winter time for furnace checks."
