Later that day the front office called to confirm the appointment and the asked if I had a place to stay that was warm, I really appreciated the concern. When the crew came to install the furnace they were very professional and explained exactly what they would do. They even ran the new wire for my new thermostat. At the end of the appointment they cleaned up and the furnace space was cleaner after they left than before they started. He was very kind and said they would be out that day since it was cold and we needed heat. They came out put in our furnace and charged us the lower price of what Mr Kelly said it could be.
