I had them replace my 20 yr old system and then we found out the previous owner had roof rats which totally destroyed the entire duct work. The previous ac company just tried to tape the duct work, but that’s just a temp fix. The rats had nested in the duct work. This company gave a very fair price with military discount to boot. They even came on a Saturday to replace the duct work. The access was so small only one guy could get through (Javier).?
